Brightman Brothers Tree Care was born from the original tree surgery company started by my late brother Michael Brightman in the 70’s, following the onset of the devastating Dutch Elm disease which changed the character of Britain’s landscape.
I began working with Michael in the early 80’s, helping to organise tree working gangs/machinery necessary to operate in the utilities industry alongside regular domestic tree surgery.
We specialise in woodland management, expert tree pruning and felling, site clearances and - in recent years - carrying out tree-surveys for schools, housing associations, and estates, satisfying a ‘Duty Of Care’ which insurance companies now demand.
